This season offers a meaningful opportunity to reflect on the people who make our mission possible and the lives impacted through collaboration and care.
Thankful for Our Multidisciplinary Team
At the heart of Dolphin House’s work is our Multidisciplinary Team (MDT)—a dedicated group of professionals who come together with one shared purpose: to protect children and support their healing. Our MDT includes law enforcement, child protection, medical professionals, prosecutors, mental health providers, victim advocates, and Dolphin House staff who work collaboratively on child abuse investigations.
This team approach ensures that children and families are not navigating the system alone or repeatedly reliving traumatic experiences. Instead, they are supported by a coordinated, compassionate network focused on safety, accountability, and healing.
The Impact of an MDT Approach
Working as an MDT strengthens child abuse investigations and outcomes in powerful ways:

- Information is shared efficiently, supporting thorough and timely investigations
